Executive team boost for Marshall White

Marshall White’s position as Victoria’s leading prestige real estate company is set to be strengthened with the highly anticipated appointment of Tony Sesto to the Executive Management Team.

Marshall White Directors were pleased to recently welcome Tony to the role of Chief Commercial Officer. Marshall White CEO, Simon Jovanovic said the appointment of Tony is part of an exciting growth phase for the company.

“The addition of Tony to the team complements the growth we have experienced over the past two years, which includes the opening of new company-owned offices in Mount Eliza, Balwyn and most recently Manningham. These new offices, in addition to our existing company-owned offices in Stonnington, Boroondara, Port Phillip and Bayside, mean Marshall White now has a team of over 350 property professionals in sales, property management and project sales all focused on servicing the premium property markets of Melbourne,” said Simon.

Tony has extensive experience in the marketing of prestige brands where he previously had in a leadership position at BMW. The aim of this new ‘super powerhouse’ team member is to provide cohesion between the marketing and sales functions of the company with Tony acting as a conduit between the two departments to ensure that the marketing and sales strategies align.

With a long-held passion for real estate, Tony said his new role at Marshall White brings together his previous experience in sales, marketing, and customer service.

“There is a clear connection between the prestige automotive industry and prestige real estate, so my time at BMW provides an ideal foundation for taking what is already a leading brand to the next level,” Tony said.

Marshall White Director, John Bongiorno said the new appointment is part of a strategic plan to ensure the future success of the company.

“We see the appointment of Tony as a step towards creating greater collaboration between the marketing and sales functions of our company which will achieve the joint goal of maximising client outcomes and growing our brand within existing markets and into new horizons,” John said.
