Blood Orange Gin Cocktail from Bianchetto

Ingredients

· 60 ml gin

· 30 ml freshly squeezed blood orange juice

· 15 ml fresh lemon juice

· 15 ml simple syrup

· Club soda, to top

· Blood orange slice, to garnish

· Ice

Method

1. Fill a cocktail glass with ice to chill.

2. In a shaker, combine gin, blood orange juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Add ice and shake well for 15 seconds.

3. Discard the ice from the glass and strain the cocktail into it.

4. Top with a splash of club soda.

5. Garnish with a slice of blood orange and serve immediately.
