After more than four decades in the real estate industry, including 21 dedicated years with Marshall White, we bid a heartfelt farewell to Paula Matlock, Director and Head of Property Management. As a guiding force, mentor, and industry leader, Paula has played an integral role in building one of Victoria’s most respected property management departments. Her influence on the company and the broader real estate community is immense, and her legacy will be felt for years to come.
As Paula steps into retirement, Marshall White is proud to introduce a new era of leadership in Property Management, led by Ashlee Verma.
With her strong background in residential real estate, Ashlee is known for her client-first approach, clear communication, and ability to lead high-performing teams. Since joining Marshall White, she has built a reputation as a trusted and respected leader across the business. In her new role, Ashlee will be supported by an experienced Executive Leadership Team based in our Armadale office. Each member brings a unique strength to enhance the client experience, drive service excellence, and support business strategy.
Bonnie Waterfield, Partner and Manager of Property Management at Armadale, brings valuable on-the-ground leadership and a clear understanding of day-to-day client needs. Her commitment to service quality helps ensure our teams deliver consistency and care at every step.
Kate Humphreys, Associate Director and Coordinator of Business Development, will lead the alignment of client services and strategic initiatives. Kate supports our Business Development Managers across the network, ensuring we stay responsive to client needs while identifying opportunities to improve and grow.
Anthony Wiseman, Associate Director and Compliance & Legislation Lead, will guide our teams in navigating legislative changes and maintaining best practices. His focus is on supporting client peace of mind through consistent, compliant service. Anthony plays a key role in educating both teams and clients, sharing timely advice and insights to help protect against potential litigation or non-compliance with evolving regulations.
Jayde Keysers, Partner and Support Coordinator, will act as a key connection between business support and Property Management teams. Jayde’s role supports managers and teams in maintaining service excellence while meeting operational goals.
Danielle Crumblehulme, Senior Leasing Consultant and Team Leader of our Armadale Property Management team, will continue leading the leasing team across all offices. Danielle ensures leasing services remain client-focused, strategic, and efficient.
Laura Mercorillo, Manager of our Hawthorn Property Management team, will also oversee the rollout of our new Property Management Project Service. This offering is designed to help residential rental providers increase rental returns, reduce vacancy time, and enhance overall market value.
