Working in real estate since 2013, Spiro brings a strong foundation in marketing, negotiation and campaign strategy, with a calm, practical approach that keeps clients informed and in control. He is motivated by outcomes that align with his clients’ priorities, taking the time to understand what matters most before shaping a plan that feels clear, considered and achievable.

Clients value his straightforward, regular communication and dedication to honesty. He concentrates on delivering a smooth experience, guiding vendors through pricing, presentation, buyer feedback, and negotiation with clarity and care.

Living locally in Bayside, Spiro understands the lifestyle buyers are seeking, from the coastal environment to the village feel, and knows how to translate that into marketing that connects. Outside of work, he trains in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, keeps active in the gym, and prioritises quality time with his wife and two children.
