Richard oversees end-to-end property operations, including condition reports, routine inspections, and maintenance and repair coordination. His approach is efficient and straightforward, keeping owners informed and resolving issues early to prevent escalation.

Drawing on his background as a luxury retail client advisor, he maintains a high standard of service, with the responsiveness and follow-through that clients value when timeframes are tight and decisions are crucial.
