John services the Westernport side of the Mornington Peninsula, including Balnarring, Balnarring Beach, Somers, Merricks Beach, Shoreham, Point Leo, Flinders, Red Hill, Bittern, Tyabb and Somerville. He specialises in lifestyle coast and country properties, from rural acreage to residential homes, and understands the distinct character each of these coastal villages and townships offers, whether as a permanent home or a holiday retreat. 

 Having worked across branch management, sales management and both residential and commercial sales, John has developed a broad and practical understanding of what makes a transaction work for everyone involved. That experience shows up today in the way he works: straightforward advice, clear communication and a focus on what his clients actually need, not what suits a sales pitch. 

John's approach is simple. He listens first, communicates honestly and aims for a successful outcome with a minimum of fuss. For him, real estate has always been about people rather than transactions, and that philosophy has shaped a long and trusted career serving the local community. 

Outside of work, John is a proud life member of the Tyabb Football Netball Club, where he spent 18 years as head trainer, and is a committed supporter of Tyabb Cricket Club. He values time with family and grandchildren and calls Mount Martha home.
