Having decided to sell our property, we partnered with Fraser Cahill and his team at Marshall White. Prior to the property being listed Fraser, Mark and Claire proactively and professionally managed every aspect of the process; from designing the marketing campaign, advice on property improvements, organising trades and staging, lawyers and contracts, and even liaising with neighbours. Fraser's insightful advice was practical and balanced.
Working his extensive network of buyers, property advocates, Marshall White colleagues and other agents, Fraser was actively marketing and promoting the property even before the campaign began.
Once the campaign commenced Fraser was in regular, timely contact with us. After every open for inspection he would call within an hour or two with a complete summary. Supported by comprehensive data analysis from Marshall White's SMART technology platform, Fraser was able to stay across every prospective buyer and their intentions. We were also able to compare the effectiveness of our campaign compared to other properties on the market. We met with Fraser and Mark at the commencement, mid-point and conclusion of the campaign.
