With a keen eye for detail and a background in finance, Emma brings a methodical, numbers-savvy mindset to every property campaign. As a Sales Assistant and Office Administrator based in our Sorrento office, she supports the sales team with day-to-day operations, client communication and behind-the-scenes organisation that keeps campaigns running smoothly and on schedule.

Emma approaches real estate with a genuine interest in market data, regularly reviewing REA and Domain to analyse floor plans, sales results and days on market across different suburbs. She is equally inspired by interior styling, architecture and the potential to reimagine a home, which helps her see properties the way serious buyers do. Calm, organised and highly reliable, Emma is a natural list-maker who finds satisfaction in ticking off every task and doing the right thing for clients at every step.

Emma prioritises listening, allowing her to accurately interpret her clients’ needs and deliver clear, timely information that helps them feel informed, respected, and in safe hands. Outside of work, she loves Pilates, cooking, visiting local wineries and hosting friends and family. While she enjoys the buzz of Melbourne’s city life, she feels most at home on the Peninsula, surrounded by beaches, vineyards and open space.
