With a strong understanding of the South Yarra, Prahran and Windsor property markets, across a broad range of residential property, from period homes and townhouses to apartments and premium properties. David combines local market knowledge with a genuine understanding of what matters to each vendor. His approach is straightforward: create a clear strategy, generate strong buyer competition and negotiate with purpose to achieve the best possible outcome for his clients.

As both a real estate agent and auctioneer, David brings confidence, composure and a personable approach to negotiations and auctions. He works closely with buyers, advocates and vendors throughout each campaign, identifying genuine opportunities and ensuring every potential buyer is thoroughly engaged.
