Ashleigh's lifelong aspiration has been to build a career in real estate, a vision she has realised with her role at Marshall White Bayside in Leasing and Property Management. Following her tertiary education, Ashleigh entered the real estate sector, bringing with her a strong foundation in customer service developed through her prior roles in retail and hospitality. This experience taught her the value of meticulous organisation and effective time management skills that she expertly applies to her current role.  

Ashleigh is recognised for her genuine and caring approach, taking great satisfaction in helping both property owners and renters achieve their real estate goals. She is known for her reliability and efficiency, handling tasks with a calm demeanour and a commitment to timely completion. Her dedication to building and maintaining trust with clients is evident in her loyalty and professionalism, making her a valued member of the Marshall White team. She seeks to not only meet her clients' current needs but also support their ongoing and future property journeys. 

Outside of her professional life, Ashleigh is committed to staying active, regularly engaging in Pilates and various recreational sports. She equally values her downtime, which she enjoys at home with her partner and their cat, Richard. This balance between a dynamic career and a fulfilling personal life perfectly encapsulates Ashleigh’s comprehensive approach to life and work.
