Anthony looked after our property in Malvern for almost three years. It was an old property, so there is often maintenance job required. Anthony always got our consent in the first instance and provided effective solutions for us. During the later part of the leasing period, we decided to rebuild the property and then changed our mind for renovation. During this process, Anthony offered a great help to liaise with the tenant and came to the property personally on numerous occasions to open the door for us for the builder to do the inspection. He always responded to our phone calls and emails in a timely manner and patiently regardless that we contacted him so many times in a short period.
