Having started in real estate in 2014, she brings sharp attention to detail and an exceptional ability to prioritise, keeping multiple moving parts on track even under pressure. As Office Coordinator and Advertising and Administration Coordinator at our Flinders office, she supports agents and clients through the full listing process, coordinating marketing materials, managing timelines and preparing documentation with precision and care. Alexis is creative, energetic and enthusiastic, while remaining well organised, motivated and respectful in every interaction with clients and colleagues.

Raised on the Mornington Peninsula and educated at Toorak College in Mount Eliza, she offers genuine local knowledge that helps clients feel confident about the lifestyle, the locations, and the nuances that make each Peninsula pocket distinct. Clients appreciate her clear, timely communication and her ability to build rapport with people from all backgrounds, making the experience feel organised, transparent and stress-free from day one.

Alexis is known for her can-do attitude and willingness to step in wherever needed, establishing a dependable foundation for her team and the people they serve. Outside of work, she enjoys socialising with friends, gardening, playing golf and going flying with her fiancé. She loves living on the Peninsula, making the most of its vibrant café culture, local markets, beautiful beaches and wineries.
