The Weekly Wrap – Market Finishes First Term in Strong Fashion

With the school holidays and Easter now upon us, the market takes its first break for the year.

What is clearly noticeable is that although we’ve seen a more balanced market for both buyers and sellers the market has remained strong and looking forward to May, stock levels are unseasonably low.

This is especially surprising given the level of demand we are still seeing in the marketplace with two, three, four or even more bidders at most auctions.

This consistent demand should certainly maintain the stability of sales through the next quarter.
