We are pleased to again provide an update in relation to your Boston townhome.
The roof plumbing completed with all defects rectified.
All plumbing works in the basement including gas and water connections are completed.
Water tap-in for the water meters is completed.
Facade cladding completed with minor areas and defects to be rectified.
Internal plumbing and pipe lagging completed.
Carpentry & plastering works have started the fixings including skirting and door jambs.
Main plaster works expected to start in the coming weeks.
