We're thrilled to share some fantastic updates regarding the latest progress at Tomorrow Northcote.
Since our last construction update in early June, the builder, Stemcon, has had some productive on-site meetings with the authority representatives to address the utility connection issues. They are optimistic about resolving the issues soon. We will update you once we hear from them.
Meanwhile, the internal fit out has been progressing well at Tomorrow Northcote. We are thrilled to share some of the updates:
- Kitchen Joinery Installation: The installation of kitchen joinery is now complete across all apartments except for the fluted door panels. This marks a significant milestone in our efforts to finalize the interior fittings.
- Appliance Fit Off We are currently progressing with appliance fit-off on Level 1 and Level 2.
- Floorboards and Skirting: Both floorboards and skirting have been installed on Levels 1 and Level 2. Meanwhile, floorboard installation is currently underway on Level 3.
- According to our Builder, Stemcon's latest construction program, we are anticipating settlement to incur in late Q3 or early Q4 this year at this stage.
As construction moves into its final phase, UPS (Unique Property Settlement) has been appointed by developer to work with you in relation to the settlement of your town home purchase.
Their objective is to provide an efficient and seamless settlement of your apartment. They will work with you, and in conjunction with the developer and the builder, to coordinate valuers, solicitors and other service providers to ensure your property settles smoothly.
From this point onwards, they will be communicating with you either by e-mail or telephone to update you as to construction progress, and to arrange valuation inspection, pre-settlement inspection and key handover post settlement to facilitate your settlement. They will naturally be able to explain the details of the settlement process to you.
