Dear Rostrevor Parade Purchaser,
The design team are pleased to announce they have received Statement of Compliance from Council yesterday.
Next week, the builder will provide a date for purchaser pre settlement inspections and the design team will advise accordingly.
As a general update, works on site are compete and final cleaning is underway. They are also waiting for the FRV (Fire Rescue Victoria) to attend the site to carry out their final inspection. An Occupancy Permit will then follow.
