Dear MATTONE Homeowners,
We are pleased to provide you with an update on the construction at Mattone for june2024.
Construction update Tycorp has progressed well on site this month:
- The exterior brickwork is now complete, and the façade has taken shape
- Window installation is progressing on site, as well as the door jambs
- Waterproofing is well underway in all townhouses
Next month look ahead for Tycorp:
- Stair installation is about to commence
- Plaster has arrived on site and will begin installation
- Cladding will commence on each townhouse.
