Dear Mattone purchasers,
With the festive season fast approaching settlements at Mattone are now anticipated for January 2025 subject to regulatory offices issuing the necessary paperwork.
Work is progressing with stainless steel benchtops and appliances installed with bathroom stone vanities underway. Flooring is continuing installation and should be completed by the end of next week.
We are pleased to advise you that your Townhouse is now ready to be booked in for a bank valuation inspection. If you require finance to settle your apartment at Mattone, your lender may require a bank valuation inspection to be carried out in order to complete the loan application.
