Bensons Property Group is pleased to provide an update on the progress of our upcoming Gold Coast project, Chevron One.
Exciting times for Chevron One as we see the superstructure start to cycle upwards and the form presented visually of this Iconic Building.
Works have progressed well this month and slightly ahead of our forecast programed dates. The podium structure has been completed and the reconfiguration of the Jumpform is well underway with a target completion of week three in March.
Level 2, pour 1 - Slab poured, scaffold commenced, vertical formwork L2-3 commenced
Level 2, pour 2 - slab poured, some vertical elements installed
Services installation continuing in basement levels.
Focus for the forthcoming month is completion of the revised Jumpform setup, installation of TC#2 and the setup of the tower screens.
