Thank you for your patience. We are pleased to provide an update on the current construction progress at Arcade.
Recently Completed Milestones
- The boom machine has arrived onsite to assist with the final external works, including external painting, waterproofing, cleaning, etc.
- The apartment interiors have been cleaned and caulking has commenced.
- The builder has commenced the internal defecting process.
- You will all be contacted soon, to arrange a pre-settlement defect inspection.
UPS Settlement has been appointed to work with you in relation to the settlement of your apartment purchase.
Their objective is to provide an efficient and seamless settlement of your apartment. They will work with you, and in conjunction with the developer and the builder, to coordinate valuers, solicitors and other service providers to ensure your property settles smoothly.
