Welcome to the July 2024 Settlement Update.
Dear Alma Village Community,
We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to provide you with an important update regarding the settlement timeline for Alma Village Apartments.
We are pleased to announce that the Plan of Subdivision has been registered and titles have been issued. All relevant documentation has been shared with nominated legal representatives. Additionally, CitiPower has finally connected permanent power to the site, enabling the builder to progress with outstanding works necessary for the issuance of the Occupancy Permit.
Despite the Bcentral expediting works, with finishes in common areas now almost complete, we anticipate the issuance of the Occupancy Permit to be at least two weeks away, pending final sign-off from various authorities.
Consequently, we expect pre-settlement inspections to be scheduled in mid-July, with final settlements anticipated two weeks thereafter, in late July.
We understand the anticipation and excitement surrounding the final stages of your new home, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this delay may cause. Please rest assured that KBMV is fully committed to expediting settlements and has offered to consider requests for settlement prior to the 14-day period from the issuance of the Occupancy Permit. Your legal representative will need to initiate such a request.
