Building strong, trusting relationships with both landlords and tenants is paramount to Peta’s continual success as a property manager. Peta ensures each and every property she manages is leased in a timely fashion with the best possible rental income and tenant.
Prior to Property Management, Peta had a long and successful career as a Makeup and Hair Department Head, in the film and television industry where she worked with many well-known Australian and international actors.
Building strong, trusting relationships with both landlords and tenants is paramount to Peta’s continual success as a property manager. Peta ensures each and every property she manages is leased in a timely fashion with the best possible rental income and tenant. Her excellent communication skills, empathy and sense of humour make the property management process relaxed and stress free for everyone she deals with.

Peta’s first job in real estate involved managing 200 Bayside properties, so she arrived at our Brighton office with a wealth of experience. Her metamorphosis from this to a dedicated career in real estate exemplifies her exceptional ability.

Originally from Perth, Peta now loves living in Melbourne and enjoying time with her husband, grown up children and pampered pooch, Roy. She is also passionate about food, so cooking for family and friends is a favourite past-time.
