Persistent, positive, and passionate about customer service, Louis Kulpa brings with him more than a decade of sales experience from his former career as a Brand Specialist in the luxury automotive industry.
Approachable, respectful, and a great negotiator, Louis’ role at Marshall White sees him specialising in apartment sales, with a focus on the city of Port Phillip.
Louis has an incredibly strong work ethic, and he is results-focused with an empathetic outlook. He is driven by the desire to help people find their new home and achieve their property goals through sales success. A strong communicator, he will keep his clients informed every step of the way by providing honest, detailed, and transparent feedback.
Louis enjoys the face-to-face interaction that Real Estate provides and loves meeting new people and establishing connections on a daily basis. He also has a strong personal interest in architecture and enjoys discovering more about the design features of the properties he sells.
Other passions include Formula One racing, snowboarding, and travel. Growing up in Bayside, Louis is now a proud St Kilda local. He believes Melbourne is the world’s ‘year-round liveliest’ city, and he enjoys discovering its great restaurants.
