Your communication to us was at all time fantastic. We knew the plan for the sale on a day by day/week by week basis which we found comforting and your optimism about the likely success was always reassuring.
Your predictions were spot on when it came to the actual outcome i.e. you told me it would most likely be bought by a single female first home buyer and it was, you also indicated that in your view it would sell for more than our reserve price and it did (well over). We were both very impressed with your “performance” as Auctioneer on the day and have no doubt that you added many more $’s to the eventual selling price than we would have gained had you not been our Auctioneer.
As far as we are concerned you did an outstanding job in all facets of the selling and sale process from go to woo. We have no hesitation in recommending Marshall White and you in particular to any prospective client.

I would like to thank Kane and Danny for their effort in running an effective marketing campaign which put the property in a strong position to perform well. They were transparent and kept me well informed throughout the campaign which I greatly appreciated. The overall result exceeded expectations which is credit to the hard work hard the boys put in.
The first thing that impressed me with Kane and Jack was their attention to detail. When the selling schedule was agreed, they went into action immediately and everything went smoothly from that point.
When a lull occurred in the schedule, they recommended that an extra week of marketing would benefit the property and that’s what brought the sale to a successful conclusion.
I only have praise for Kane and Jack. They were enthusiastic, straight forward, informative and well informed.
