Although for most of us who shivered through the school holidays here in Melbourne the thought of warmer weather still seems a long way off, those still working during the break were kept busy with vendors planning to launch their homes this Spring. The months of July and August always provide the perfect opportunity to get things ready around the home and this year, with many vendors taking advantage of the extremely low volume of property for sale, has been no exception.
