With the election causing vendors to delay their decisions to sell, it is increasingly frustrating to buyers that so few homeowners are taking advantage of the extraordinary capital gains their properties have earned them in the last two years.

As a result of the low volume of property on the market and continued strong demand, any buyers listing now will benefit from a glaring lack of competition.

The shortage of stock is drawing an even greater number of buyers to the limited open for inspections. It is pleasing however, that during the week there were an unusually large number of homes transacted off market achieving some brilliant prices for vendors.
