The Weekly Wrap – A More Discerning Market Emerges

The old fundamentals of real estate are continuing to emerge in 2022 as today’s results were again solid but not at the extreme level we saw at the peak of the market last year.

What is clear is that we’re back to the basics of real estate investment – position, position, position.

A-grade properties and homes that are well presented are still highly sought after and those vendors who are paying attention to the market are able to sell within fair price expectations and in traditional time frames.

Property should always be viewed as a strong long-term investment which history has indeed shown to be the case throughout the decades, and will continue to do so into the future.
