Ross’s Filipino heritage plays a pivotal role in his culinary creations, a fact that will be prominently showcased at this event. “Italian food is one of my favourite cuisines, and blending its flavours and ingredients with Filipino influences will be an interesting yet delicious endeavour,” he explains.
