Providoor – Chef Prepared Delivery, Finished by You at Home

As life returns to the many hibernating cafes, bars and restaurants we love, the adaptations we made to support each other, ring front of mind.

Many of our go-to eateries turned to take-away and delivery, delicious but not quite the same as a perfectly time, perfectly plated, in-restaurant meal.

Queue ‘Providoor’, founded by acclaimed chef Shane Delia and the Maha Group, Providoor aims to bring world-class meals, to home dinner tables, utilising the skills we all acquired during our banana bread baking, sourdough feeding, slow-cooking, iso-adventures.

In partnership with Melbourne’s most renowned restaurants, including Supernormal, MoVida, Flower Drum, The Everleigh, Sunda and more, Providoor will deliver cold meal kits, intended to assemble at home.

Providoor hopes to build on the many innovations made in hospitality during lockdown, delivering a new way to enjoy and support our much-loved food culture.
