With the COVID numbers continuing to track in the right direction, the light at the end of the tunnel appears to be getting brighter on a daily basis.
As we have previously said and seen, the number of buyers poised to strike continues to grow also on a daily basis. Sydney and Brisbane’s strong clearance rates are evidence that once we are out of lockdown, our market too will rebound with confidence.
Melbourne has always been the epicentre of the Australian property market and I am certain that this will continue to be the case moving forward. Melburnians are a resilient bunch. They have a deep interest in real estate and love attending opens and auctions. Let’s hope its all back to normal, sooner rather than later.
