Market Trends: Homes with Tennis Courts

News & Insights
Tennis anyone?

A home tennis court provides huge lifestyle advantages as well as adding value to your property.

With the Australian Open currently inspiring legions of lapsed tennis players to dust off their racquet, and a new generation of kids begging their parents for tennis lessons, imagine the convenience and luxury of having your own court at home. There are definitely many benefits to having a tennis court in your own backyard. You can hold friendly social tournaments, or invest in a ball-machine and practice alone. And when the excitement of the Australian Open has subsided, you can take down the net and you have a fabulous play area for kids or party zone for adults. Many sports loving families install basketball rings at either end so the space is multi-purpose. The best courts have a north-south orientation, which means players don’t end up with the sun in their eyes when trying to serve, or shadows don’t affect visibility.

Marshall White is currently serving up some outstanding properties with tennis courts. Here are some of our favourites.
