Buyer frustration with our second lockdown was the mood of the day today. With school holidays now over, we traditionally see stock levels begin to increase heading towards August, but this new lockdown is certainly dampening vendors’ appetites for putting their properties on the market at the moment.
However, the properties that are for sale are certainly attracting a lot of attention with buyer appointments and enquiries across all price ranges well up on the numbers that we experienced back in our first lockdown in March.
