Although today was the final weekend of school holidays, with the beautiful weather finally upon us, we saw buyers out in force across our open for inspections. With people still away for the holidays, auction numbers were once again reduced. While many new campaigns will commence next Saturday, as we’ve previously mentioned, the stock levels for October/November are historically low.
Through the break we have noticed that Expat buyers are returning to the market in strong numbers and overseas enquiries have also increased due to the weak Australian Dollar.
