Marshall White Directors were pleased to recently welcome Tony to the role of Chief Commercial Officer and Tammy as General Manager Marketing. Marshall White CEO, Simon Jovanovic said the appointments of Tony and Tammy are part of an exciting growth phase for the company.
“The addition of Tammy and Tony to the team complements the growth we have experienced over the past two years, which includes the opening of new company-owned offices in Mount Eliza, Balwyn and most recently Manningham. These new offices, in addition to our existing company-owned offices in Stonnington, Boroondara, Port Phillip and Bayside, mean Marshall White now has a team of over 350 property professionals in sales, property management and project sales all focused on servicing the premium property markets of Melbourne,” said Simon.
Both Tony and Tammy have extensive experience in the marketing of prestige brands, with Tony previously in a leadership position at BMW and Tammy joining the team from Royal Dutch Shell. The aim of this new ‘super powerhouse’ team is to provide cohesion between the marketing and sales functions of the company with Tony acting as a conduit between the two departments to ensure that the marketing and sales strategies align.
With a strong focus in the premium brand space, Tammy earned her stripes working for iconic brands such as Penfolds and the biggest luxury conglomerate in the world, LVMH. With a self-described “customer obsession”, Tammy will be focused on elevating the Marshall White brand within the prestige real estate market as well as evolving and implementing marketing strategies to the benefit of both their clients and their joint venture businesses.
“I am excited to be a member of such a passionate team and helping to bring the company’s ambitious growth plans to life. Marshall White is at the forefront of prestige real estate, and I am looking forward to strengthening our position within established and burgeoning new markets,” said Tammy.
With a long-held passion for real estate, Tony said his new role at Marshall White brings together his previous experience in sales, marketing, and customer service.
“There is a clear connection between the prestige automotive industry and prestige real estate, so my time at BMW provides an ideal foundation for taking what is already a leading brand to the next level,” Tony said.
Marshall White Director, John Bongiorno said the new appointments are part of a strategic plan to ensure the future success of the company.
“We see the appointment of Tony and Tammy as a step towards creating greater collaboration between the marketing and sales functions of our company which will achieve the joint goal of maximising client outcomes and growing our brand within existing markets and into new horizons,” John said.
