Whether it’s a new build, an existing house, or a renovation, if you can put a renowned architect’s name to it, you will automatically be looking at higher market value, a greater resale price, and therefore a better investment than most traditional homes.

Melbourne has some incredible architects, specialising in residential homes and renovations, who are making quite a name for themselves as they create functional, efficient, and visually appealing homes. And not only that, architect-led designs deliver exceptional value for money, with a recent study conducted by Melbourne University finding that for every dollar spent on architectural fees, the property will gain more than $11 in capital appreciation. That’s a fair incentive to invest in an architect-designed home.
