The saying that time flies when you’re having fun certainly rings true for Manningham Sales Executive, Traci Stella.

“I can’t believe that I have been a real estate agent for 21 years! I am so blessed to be doing a job that I love,” says Traci, who last year achieved a record-breaking sales result for Park Orchards, which she says was undoubtedly a career highlight.

You could say that Real Estate runs through Traci’s veins.

“It was my late father, was also a real estate agent who encouraged me and inspired me to become an agent,” Traci explains.

With a lifelong love of property, and more than two decades of professional experience under her belt, Traci now loves being in the position to help nurture the careers of young agents just starting out in the industry.

“My greatest achievement is to be a good mentor to my young team members, some who began as junior PAs and are now successful agents in their own right,” she said.

Her biggest ‘success story’ is undoubtedly David Moskovic who has been working alongside Traci for the past eight years.

“I employed David as a fresh-faced 20-year-old, however he actually did work experience for me when he was just 14, so I knew he was as passionate about real estate as I am.”

David quickly learned the ropes and has been an important part of Traci’s team ever since.

“He has actually been a major part of my success and is a breath of fresh air to the industry. Everyone loves him, he is a brilliant young agent. It has been a privilege to work alongside him and to see him succeed and achieve his own dreams and goals.”

Traci has lived and worked in Manningham her entire career and is a specialist in lifestyle acreage properties.

Her intricate local market knowledge is complemented by her unwavering enthusiasm and exceptional communication skills, which has contributed to her large number of repeat and referred clients.

“Forming lasting connections with my clients, both buyers and sellers, and helping them achieve their own property dreams is incredibly rewarding,” says Traci, who will leave no stone unturned to secure the best possible sales result.

“Manningham offers a fabulous lifestyle for families with amazing parks and recreational spaces such as Ruffey Park Lake and the Yarra River. You’ll often find me walking along the banks of the Yarra with my gorgeous rescue dog, Jaz, before I head off to enjoy a coffee or lunch in one of the many wonderful local cafes. It’s my ‘happy place’.”

Traci is excited to have recently moved into her brand-new home in Warrandyte, which she designed herself.

“It has been a dream of mine to design and build a new home and that has just become reality. I have downsized in land and have just completed a knock-down and rebuild. I am so delighted with the end result, I just need to finish the landscaping,” she said.

Traci’s new home has plenty of stand-out design features.

“The central hub of my home is my favourite space. I designed an open plan area with three-metre-high ceilings, loads of natural light, and the highlight is a Japanese-inspired atrium that features a striking Japanese maple tree, which is visible as soon as you open the front door.

“It is my ‘wow factor’ that brings a touch of the outdoors in as the tree sways in the breeze and creates a sense of Zen and harmony as I relax in my living room.”

Of course, being a Real Estate professional, Traci knows the home’s location is also paramount, and she chose this position to be able to enjoy the beautiful natural environment with her dog, Jaz.

“Being so close to the river, it is so quiet and relaxing.”

Traci loves being a real estate agent as she gets to meet so many wonderful local families and draw inspiration from their beautiful homes. And she also loves meeting their pets.

“Anyone who knows me, knows I am a pathetic dog lover, and I am fortunate to meet so many four-legged fur babies in my profession. Jaz is 8 years young and is my very special girl.  My life would not be complete without her, she provides me with unconditional love, and I adore her.”

Traci still has many years to go to catch up with her father, who notched up 38 years in the profession, however, she’s sure he would be immensely proud of what she has achieved so far. Traci feels very lucky to have her mum as her number one supporter, who has always been there for her, especially during the build of her home. They love spending time together, especially over a glass of bubbles.

“Both of my parents have always taught me to believe in myself and never stop chasing my dreams.”
