 Thank you for your patience with regards to construction commencing.

 As some of you may have noticed , early works have been delayed for the following reason.

 After completing the approved part demolition of the heritage dwellings, it was then evident that the structural integrity of the remaining components was then unstable, creating an unacceptable risk.

 We’ve quickly had our structural engineering review the buildings and it’s now apparent that demolition for the remaining heritage building needs to now increase significantly from the approved scope.

This requires a Planning amendment to which an application with council has been submitted , and we await their approval.

We will do our best to pick up the lost time when construction commences and will advise accordingly
