One of the original principals of Marshall White and responsible for much of the culture and direction of the business, Rob has now returned to the fold after a number of years as the founder and director of his own successful real estate company. A highly respected and admired professional, he has accumulated a vast bank of knowledge, expertise and experience in a real estate career spanning more than 30 years.
Having undertaken the responsibility for overseeing learning and development, Rob will now focus his attention on the mentoring of Marshall White personnel. Eminently qualified for the task, he is looking forward to working both individually and collectively with each team to develop their strengths and promote an effective life-work balance. His peerless market knowledge and understanding mean there is virtually no real estate scenario that Rob has not already experienced and successfully managed.
Although having recently made the move to the CBD, Rob has spent most of his life in the Stonnington area where he and his wife, Cathie, raised their four boys. During that time they were actively involved in the school communities of Malvern Primary, Melbourne Grammar School and Geelong Grammar School. A member of many clubs, Rob enjoys keeping fit by swimming, walking, snow skiing and playing golf. In 2003 he categorically “got out of his comfort zone” by trekking to the Everest Base Camp. He is also a passionate traveller, and the holiday house at Point Lonsdale is his and his family’s treasured retreat.
