Whilst empathetic, down to earth and caring, Nick is also assertive. Nick also enjoys dealing with a diverse range of people and properties in both the selling and buying process. From a modest apartment for a first home buyer to a stunning high-end Bayside home.
This honest, open communication every step of the way coupled with Nick’s determination to negotiate the best possible outcome makes vendors confident that their important asset is in the most trustworthy hands.
A Brighton local, Nick O’Neill is passionate about the area and his role as Sales Executive at Marshall White Bayside.

Nick was educated at St Leonards and Bond University where he gained a Bachelor of Business. A career in stockbroking followed, but his keen interest in real estate led him to a Williamstown agency prior to joining Marshall White in residential sales.

Whilst empathetic, down to earth and caring, Nick is also assertive. He has no hesitation in telling clients what they need to know rather than what they want to know.

Nick also enjoys dealing with a diverse range of people and properties in both the selling and buying process. From a modest apartment for a first home buyer to a stunning high-end Bayside home.

Staying fit and active with gym, soccer and beach walks, are what Nick likes to do in his spare time. He also enjoys socialising with friends, dabbling in the stock-market and is a supporter of Shake it Up Australia which promotes and funds Parkinson’s disease research.
