With a Bachelor of Design majoring in Visual Communications and a strong interest in real estate, Mikaela went on to study for a Certificate IV in property services and worked in administration and sales support before becoming a sales executive followed by head of marketing at a leading Mornington Peninsula agency.
Mikaela genuinely cares about people and finds helping first home buyers especially rewarding. She is always empathetic to the situation of her clients and listens carefully to their needs in order to make purchasing a new home or investment a pleasurable and seamless experience.
Mikaela is Lead Generator for the projects team at our Armadale office. Whilst her focus is on new developments, she has solid expertise in all aspects of the business.

There, she received a number of excellence awards for her outstanding achievements in design and marketing that contributed to some phenomenal results.

She is passionate about selling homes off the plan and takes pride in having the privilege to represent the exceedingly high-quality developments which the Marshall White Projects team has to offer.

Both at work and in her spare time Mikaela is interested in architecture and interior design. Out of real estate, she enjoys art, good food and her kind caring nature, is reflected in her charity work including involvement with RSPCA Million Paws Walk, Good Friday Appeal, and Little Dreamers during her time as Miss Australia.

    Mikaela is an avid supporter of the Marshall White Foundation which focuses on helping our local community with a leaning towards homelessness and mental health. The Foundation’s core goal has been to grow a beneficial corpus of money to invest, where the income from this investment would be used on an ongoing basis to help where help is needed.
