Legislation Update: Pool and Spa Owners
A message to our owners regarding new laws to improve swimming pool and spa safety in Victoria

Under new Victorian regulations, all swimming pools and spas must be registered with local councils. You will need to register your pool or spa with your council before June 1, 2020. Once your pool or spa is registered, you’ll need to organise an inspection of your safety barrier. After inspection, lodge your certificate with us to show that your barrier is safe. You’ll need to have your safety barrier inspected and certified every 4 years.
