‘Certainly having a good property manager who is ready with good advice and quick to attend to problems makes it more likely that we will report things promptly. We’ve been really happy with the speed at which tradespeople are arranged. Often we are provided with the contact details to arrange the visit ourselves, which is good because we can make sure the visit ties in with our schedule,’ says Carol.
