Our property managers are well versed in providing ongoing advice and assistance to our tenants and for Carol this has proved instrumental in her decision to reporting any issues or maintenance requirements of the property as they arise.

Matching a tenant with the right property is crucial when it comes to maintaining your investment and ensuring a secure, long term lease.

A good tenant will treat the property as their own, will pay rent on time and will communicate well regarding any maintenance issues that arise.

A valued and loyal Marshall White tenant, Carol* has been in her current home for the past three years.

‘Having that constant and the consistent level of service is reassuring, and I think it’s good to know that the property manager knows the property inside out, including its history and any work that’s been done in the past. They also know about how you operate as a tenant and the relationship is based on mutual respect,’ says Carol.

‘Certainly having a good property manager who is ready with good advice and quick to attend to problems makes it more likely that we will report things promptly. We’ve been really happy with the speed at which tradespeople are arranged. Often we are provided with the contact details to arrange the visit ourselves, which is good because we can make sure the visit ties in with our schedule,’ says Carol.

Reflecting on her overall experiences as a tenant, Carol feels confident recommending Marshall White to others.

‘I always recommend Marshall White as our experience has been so good. If we did move and rent again, I’d definitely look at Marshall White properties next time as a priority and hope there would be something that matches our needs. The experience has been hands down the best rental experience I’ve had.’
