Originally from the Mornington Peninsula, Melissa grew up surrounded by Real Estate as her father has been a leading agent on the Peninsula for more than 30 years. You would often find the four year old standing very proudly next to her father at an Open for Inspection or Auction that he was conducting. Melissa’s high motivation saw her purchasing her first home at the tender age of 18.

Melissa started her Real Estate career as a receptionist but very quickly moved through ranks into training and development of administration and sales staff then as Personal Assistant for the Sales Manager for a leading agent in the Mornington region. Melissa’s meticulous nature, attention to detail, enthusiasm towards learning new skills, exceptional people skills and superb organisational abilities saw her excel in various administration roles for the past seven years.
Now the Office Coordinator of Marshall White’s Albert Park office, she facilitates the seamless running of the entire operation. Her resourcefulness and creativity is demonstrated in her ability to work in every facet of the business.
Melissa’s love of the outdoors often sees her taking a well earned break at the beach anywhere along the Mornington Peninsula. Her keen interest in Essendon Football Club makes her quite the envy of the office boys who can’t seem to bet her in the footy tipping competition. She enjoys eating out and visiting local bars, and spending time with her friends and family.
