Ericka has enjoyed much success and satisfaction in her real estate career which she attributes to her professionalism, approachability and genuine interest in getting to know the people with whom she meets and interacts.

Ericka strives to provide dynamic and efficient real estate services that surpass the expectation of her clients. Having lived and been educated in the Balwyn area, she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with majors in Psychology and History from Monash University. She speaks languages other than English. These include Mandarin, Cantonese and Teo-Chew. Ericka feels that this gives her a distinct advantage in understanding and dealing with those new to the area and the real estate market in general.

When not working, Ericka enjoys having fun with her young family which includes husband Jason who is an optician, and their children Zachary and Zara. Ericka feels that juggling work and motherhood with 100% dedication requires her to be highly organised and constantly on top of her game which she is committed to at all times.
