Mark Dayman began his property career in 1985 after relocating to Melbourne from South Australia where he trained as a mining engineer before working underground for three years in Kambalda WA. With 25 years in Real Estate he brings a wealth of knowledge to Marshall White.

Marks continued passion has always been project work and now with Marshall White forming their new projects division, Mark is now able to lead a dedicated project team for ‘off plan’ townhouse and apartment selling.“Plus the opportunity to be involved in literally every aspect of a marketing campaign, I can take full ownership of achieving the best yield, not just the best price. In the end its all about giving our builder clients an edge in the selling process.”

Mark now leads his team of eight dedicated to new projects. Currently involved in over $200,000,000 in new ‘off plan’ product, no other agent assists more developers and builders reshape Boroondara.

Mark is a Licensed Estate Agent, holds an Auctioneers License, served as President of the REIV’s Inner Eastern Branch and holds AREI credentials from the Real Estate Institute of Victoria. First in Sales Activity for his previous two companies (20 out of 21 years).

Mark currently resides in Hawthorn East with his wife and four daughters.
