Mary has 20 years of extensive experience both in resales of established real estate and project marketing. She co-founded a successful St Kilda Road based business specialising in prestige apartment sales and off the plan sales for many years. Throughout Mary has developed an extensive, loyal clientele base.

Mary assisted major developers prior to them purchasing prestige development sites in due diligence. She is particularly recognised as an apartment expert and was contracted by Daniel Grollo of Grocon during the tender process of The Mercy Hospital site, now known as 150 Clarendon Street, East Melbourne. Whilst operating her own boutique real estate business Mary has sold over $150 million worth of resales at ‘The Melburnian’ alone.

Whether working for herself or within a team, she is a highly motivated salesperson and during her time as an employee of the Mirvac Group she was awarded the highest recognition in value by Mirvac for her unrivalled success in selling off the plan at the highly regarded ‘The Melburnian’ project. Mary has also achieved on numerous occasions ‘top salesperson’ when working for large agency firms during her career.

Mary migrated from Ireland some 25 years ago and, prior to finding her passion for Real Estate; held senior positions in the corporate sector both overseas and in Australia including involvement in public relations, and in areas as diverse as State Politics and a multinational television organisation.

Mary lives on St Kilda Road and enjoys the vibrancy of this location, South Yarra, the cafes/restaurants, the art precinct and is often seen jogging or walking ‘The Tan’ early morning.
