Born and bred in the country town of Foster near Wilson’s Promontory, Joe possesses an easygoing country charm and affability that belies his single-minded determination and meticulous attention to detail. After studying Business Marketing, Joe developed a passion for sales that eventually led to a career in real estate where his excellent communication skills, thorough market knowledge and negotiation abilities quickly earned him an enviable reputation among his peers.

Joe has an exceptional ability to achieve brilliant results for his clients and for the number of properties he sells would arguably have the highest auction success rate of any real estate agent in Boroondara and Whitehorse in 2010 and 2011. It consistently is around 85-90% which is impressive given the industry clearance rate is significantly lower for the same period.

Rather than spending his spare time relaxing, Joe enjoys going to the gym as often as possible. He has discovered that exercising at least five times a week not only maintains his physical fitness but also improves his mental agility.
