On numerous occasions Duane has been recognised for his exceptional performance and dedication. In 2005/6 he won Marshall White’s Company Man award followed in 2006/7 with the company’s Rising Star award. In 2008 the Australasian ARER Network recognised Duane as the Most Proactive Member of the Year.

Duane is able to maintain his high level of energy and commitment because he loves real estate. He is equally passionate about the City of Boroondara which he knows like the back of his hand. He and his wife and three children live and attend school in the area involving themselves all aspects of the local community.
